Our Accessibility form is designed to help those with Mobility difficulties, enjoy their time at our event.
How does it work?
- You purchase your ticket as usual
- You apply for an Access Pass here
- If you are unable to submit your PIP pdf / image, please submit the form and email the file to firstname.lastname@example.org
- One of our team will review your application
- If Approved:
- AND your carer has been confirmed – they will receive a carers wrist band on the door at the event.
- If Declined:
- You will receive a notification of this by email. Following the closing date specified on the Accessibility page.
If you apply and do not hear back from one of our team, please remain patient and refrain from re-submitting an application.
When we process applications:
Example: Deadline 1st April
Present Date: 20th January
On the 31st January, the application forms submitted in January will be processed. Applications declined & approved will receive emails of their Application Status within 1 week of the end of the previous month.
